Facilitator Support
Board members provide ongoing support to the CEO Facilitator.
Event Planning
Board members plan and execute key CEO events, including investor and mentor socials, and the student trade show.
Student Recruitment & Selection
Board members organize recruitment efforts, engage with local schools, and oversee the selection of CEO students.
Mentorship Coordination
Board members recruit mentors, manage mentor-student pairings, and ensure mentor program success.
School Liaison
Board members maintain communication with school administrators to coordinate student participation and scheduling.
Investor Recruitment & Care
Board members recruit and maintain relationships with local investors, ensuring the program's financial sustainability.

AdministratorBoard Member Committees: School CoordinatorBobby Wright is an administrator at Collinsville High School in Collinsville, Illinois. He received his bachelor of music education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012. Upon graduation he accepted the position of band director at Collinsville High School. He worked in this position from 2012-2021. During this time he earned his masters in educational administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In 2021 he accepted the position of assistant principal at Collinsville High School, which has allowed him to take on his current role as a board member within the Collinsville, Triad, Maryville, Highland CEO program. Currently, Mr. Wright is working towards his superintendent certification and doctorate. He is a lifelong resident of Collinsville, and currently lives there with his wife, Rachael, son Jensen, and his two dogs Oskee and Chief (the dogs were named after important aspects at the U of I).

Teresa Reiniger
Grief Coach and SpecialistVice Chair Committees: Event Coordinator, Facilitator Review / HireTeresa Reiniger is first and foremost a wife to her husband Tom of almost 45 years. Proud mother to three beautiful daughters and a grandma to 3 strong willed grandchildren that are going to make a mark in this world. She is the CEO and founder of Living After Grief, a mindset and transformational grief coach and podcast host for Resilient Moms: Hope, Healing and Living After Loss, formerly Labor Pains Podcast.. She holds multiple grief certification, is a certified master practitioner and trainer of Neuro Linguistics Programming and Integrated Time-line Therapy and has worked for over 15 years in the funeral home industry. Teresa holds space for women that are grieving the child they will never hold in their arms and those that have left this earth way too soon. Between Teresa’s lived experience, wisdom, and training, she very quickly understands and supports her clients that have endured tremendous trauma and loss. Those that are grieving want to feel heard, understood and to have a compassionate companion to guide them to living again with the love they feel amidst their grief and Teresa is that person for them. Currently I serve on the CEO Boards for; Edwardsville CEO, RiverBend CEO, Gateway CEO and the SilverCreek CEO programs. For the last 19 years my wife and I have operated Express Employment Professionals in Glen Carbon and Fairview Heights, helping to put thousands of people to work in the Metro East area. I have had the honor of being a Past President for the EdGlen Chamber of Commerce and the Edwardsville Rotary.
