There’s something pretty special about getting ready for a day focused on growth, connection, and leadership—and realizing how many people have helped shape your own journey along the way.
I’m incredibly grateful to WLS Consulting for serving as the Afternoon Speaker Sponsor for this year’s conference, and equally thankful for the continued support of our Chamber in creating opportunities like this for people in our community to connect, learn, and grow together.
As the Facilitator at Gateway CEO and as I prepare to be part of this special day, I keep thinking about how much of my own journey has been influenced by people who were willing to share their experience, offer guidance, open a door, encourage me, challenge me, or simply believe there was more possible.
Many of those people are leaders right here in our own community—and some will be in the room with us that day.
That makes this one feel a little full circle for me. We often think of mentorship as something formal, but so much of it happens simply because someone chooses to invest in another person. I know I am better because people have done that for me, and I'm incredibly grateful for every opportunity I now have to pay that investment forward.
Thank you, WLS Consulting, and thank you to our Chamber and the many community leaders who continue to invest in the people around them.
There are still tickets available for the conference, and I would love to see you there. It’s going to be a special day of learning, connection, and investing in what’s possible—both in ourselves and in others.
