We welcomed the class of 2026 to Gateway CEO this morning! Today was all about introducing and understanding the background and culture of the program that they’re walking into.

The students did an awesome five common threads exercise to come up with five things that they had in common - all of those sitting in each group. Stepping outside of their comfort zone on day one to learn more about the ones that will journey with them this year. I also was able to share a little bit about me and my lens based on my life experience. We are on this journey together and we are so excited.!
