Wednesday welcomed our fearless leader Wendy Symer, owner of WLS Consulting and Board Chair for Gateway CEO as well as Silver Creek CEO. Our students completed their DISC profiles in advance and we did a deep dive into each category with an interactive activity. D stands for Dominance, I stands for Influence, S stands for Steadiness and C stands for Conscientiousness. It was amazing to see how direct our High Ds were, the Is that had to remember to put a line up in order to share because they were still chatting, the Ss that stayed grounded the entire prep time and the Cs that were very itemized in the presentation!

In 2025, one big takeaway is understanding that most actions are not personal against one another - it’s simply with the differences that we were created with! We walked away with a better understanding of each other!
