Last week, Gateway CEO hosted their first networking event of the year - The Gateway CEO Fall Meet and Greet. This is a morning for our CEO family - including investors, mentors, parents, alumni, board members and friends of the Gateway CEO family to meet our class of 2026. While it was a chilly morning, it was amazing to see the students navigate a new environment with local business and community leaders. They have been working on the WOW factor since the beginning of the year. Including eye contact, firm handshakes, entering and exiting a conversation, open the space for others to join. Asking questions and engaging in conversation is all part of the skill development. We loved visiting with others and giving students this experience to learn and grow in a real business environment.
