Who are your biggest influences? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What do we want to leave with others when we interact with them? What is our legacy we are leaving? What is my plan for leadership development? How can I display a WOW factor to my world? These are tough questions even for adults, but that didn't stop our Gateway CEO students from digging in, self reflecting and learning a bit more about each other. This exercise that our Board Chair Wendy Symer of WLS Consulting took us through helped these students really consider deeper life goals and how they want to interact with others. It was an impactful team building day that also allows them to continue to discover who they are with each different phase in life.
