We are so grateful for the many resources that are provided to our students at Gateway CEO. While there is so much to learn about business, we also do focus on team building and personal development within this program. Having the mindset of an entrepreneur is equally important as having the right skill set to run/manage the business that you build. Special thanks to Tracy Bianco Coaching & Consulting for introducing students to Positive Intelligence and how to strengthen our core mental fitness muscles.

We discussed Saboteurs and the influence they may have on us every day as we allow voices of negativity to try to dictate us as we go about doing life! Every person has a dominant saboteur - whether it's the Avoider, Hyper-Rational, Restless, Controller, Hyper-Vigilant, Stickler, Hyper-Achiever, Pleaser or Victim. Learning to identify these in our lives and draw awareness allows us to exercise other mental muscles to combat this! We have the power to quiet the negativity and lean into turning it into a gift or opportunity. Activities like these require students to engage, self-reflect and display some vulnerability. It was a great morning in learning more about ourselves and how to be strong in navigating our emotional intelligence. Thank you Tracy for sharing your expertise with Gateway CEO!
