Can you imagine taking the leap from a 10,000 sq foot space to over 40,000 square feet? Sounds like courage to us! If you have visited @Korte Meat in their new location, you can see what that courage looks like. Just a block around the corner into a newspaper printing building that has been completely transformed, you will find so many amazing Korte products to enjoy. Plus, their ability to serve customers through processing and smoking, this is the place to be.

Amy Korkenmeier and her brother are third generation owners and they decided years ago that they definitely wanted to grow this business. While it took patience and a lot of planning, they have been in their new building for almost a year and business is booming. With the largest drying room in the nation, and areas to unload, and load product, this is a gem in the Highland area and worth checking out. Amy encouraged our students to always work hard and trust your team. Thank you for giving us the grand tour!!
