Thankful Thursday! Students were invited to join the See the Signs/Be the Change Women's Conference hosted by Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday. Thank you WLS Consulting/Wendy Symer for sponsoring the Gateway CEO crew so they could be part of this amazing day of networking, new ideas and next level growth. From opening session with Tracy Bianco Coaching & Consulting that took us through a reflective time of asking the questions - Who am I when gratitude is my guide? What is my part in this? Where is my opportunity for growth? How do I trade in judgement for curiosity? How can I give myself grace?
Students then broke into their choice of individual sessions with some of the topics including Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Self-Care - both physical and mental, Self-Care, and Creating Culture.
The day rounded out with a presentation regarding AI and how to apply it in every day business practices. What a fantastic day of connecting, great food and learning so much!! Thank you for having us!
