ONLINE STUDENT APPLICATION NOW OPEN - START YOUR APPLICATION

When you are a student with Gateway CEO you become family. This includes all of our alumni - even after graduation. Marek Schram, Class of 2025, kicked off our new year as our first guest speaker and the first alumni to speak to our students. With his experience at school and realizing the importance of internships moving forward, he wanted to come back to class to share with our students. Here are some highlights:
- Marek Schram is current student at Missouri S&T and majoring in applied mathematics. Has earned an actuarial internship through Gallagher.
- Average # of job offers and starting salary is positively impacted is typically higher with paid internship vs non-internship experience.
- Internships allow you to 'test drive' different career options, develop professional network and build confidence.
- It's important to start building today - start with one page resume and LinkedIn profile.
- While still in high school - build network and relationships with mentors, investors, board members, community leaders.

So much wisdom was poured out from peer to peer. Amazing to have our Alumni presenting!! Thank you Marek and wishing the best in your second semester!
