As students progress in the second semester, they have several milestone dates that are part of their business plan development. On Friday, our young entrepreneurs had their business plans worked through, pitch decks prepped and financials pulled together to sit down with some incredible local bankers to discuss their plan for their own small business ideas! Special thanks to Anderson Hospital for hosting the morning in their training rooms.
It was a morning full of nerves, a bit of chaos, confidence building presentations, an opportunity to think through any gaps and also the opportunity to ask for their seed money of up to $599. The seed money was raised last fall at their Gateway CEO Candy Cane Classic Pickleball Tournament that students hosted.
